Delete your Poonya account

This page is for anyone who wants to delete a Poonya account or guest data. You do not need to have the app installed, and you do not need to sign in here.

In the Poonya app

• Signed-in users: open Profile → Delete Account.
• Guests: open Profile → Delete Data.

Without the app

Email poonyaworld+support@gmail.com and include:

• The email address on the Poonya account (or say you used guest / Google sign-in and give the email you used)
• Subject line: Delete my Poonya account

We will process the request after we can identify the account. We aim to complete this within 30 days.

What we delete and what we may keep

When we delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (Section 8), except where we must keep information for legal reasons.

Content moderation report snapshots may be retained after deletion for safety, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
